Zero leakage stop valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, stem, plunger, guide, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts. When the handwheel rotates, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to reciprocate in the guide sleeve, so that the plunger end inclined cone and the valve seat cone to complete the opening and closing function of the valve. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve, and the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the outer circle of the plunger in the hole surface of the valve body by adjusting the pretightening force of the flange bolt, which enhances the sealing of the valve. Because the sealing ring of the plunger valve adopts a new sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, it is reliable and durable, thus improving the service life of the valve. Valve combined with the plunger valve no leakage advantages and the globe valve opening and closing fast characteristics, become a novel structure, a wide range of use of new products. Its superiority is far superior to the ordinary stop valve.
