3. The variation range of outlet steam pressure P2 is:
When P2 ≤ 0.98MPa, the variation range of P2 is P2 ± 0.04MPa;
When 0.982<3.82MPa, the variation range of P2 is P2 ± 0.06MPa;
When P2>3.82MPa, the variation range of P2 is P2 ± 0.15MPa.
4.The adjustment range of outlet steam temperature T2 is T2 ± 4 ℃.
5.During
normal operation of the device, the noise level shall not exceed 85
decibels when measured one meter downstream of the temperature and
pressure reducing valve and one meter away from the pipe wall.
Structural characteristics
This
device consists of a pressure reducing system, a temperature reducing
system, a safety protection device, and an automatic control device.
Pressure
reducing system - consisting of a pressure reducing valve and a
throttle orifice plate, implemented through an actuator.
Desuperheating
system - adopts a mixed pipeline spray cooling method, utilizing the
force of desuperheating water on the spray head and the elasticity of
the spring to adjust the flow area of the nozzle's desuperheating water,
and achieving steam temperature scheduling through the opening size of
the feedwater regulating valve controlled by an actuator.
Safety protection device - It is directly achieved by using an impulse safety device (composed of a main safety valve and an impulse safety valve) or a spring safety valve. When the secondary pressure exceeds the specified value, the excess steam is discharged into the atmosphere, thereby maintaining the secondary pressure within the allowable value.
