The 25P series Spark steam pressure reducing valve is widely used in steam systems. Regardless of changes in upstream steam pressure or fluctuations in downstream load, the pressure reducing valve can achieve precise and stable pressure control.
A
characteristic of the 25P series Spisak steam pressure reducing valve
is the ability to install or exchange one or more pilot valves on the
same valve body. While stabilizing pressure reduction, it can achieve
temperature control, upstream pressure control, or remote switch
control. These steam pressure reducing valves with varying functions can
be provided at the time of supply or simply assembled on site.
When
the pilot valve spring is in a free state before the start of the
Sparak steam pressure reducing valve, the main valve and pilot valve are
in a closed state. The pilot valve is opened by spring force, and steam
enters the main diaphragm chamber of the pressure reducing valve
through the pilot valve. A portion of the steam flows out through the
control hole. When the steam inflow from the pilot valve is greater than
the steam outflow from the control hole, the control pressure in the
main diaphragm chamber of the pressure reducing valve increases, and the
main valve is opened. As steam flows through the main valve, the
increase in downstream pressure is fed back through the sensing tube and
acts under the diaphragm of the pilot valve, balancing the spring
pressure on the upper part of the diaphragm, causing the pressure
reducing valve pilot valve to gradually close and throttle, maintaining
the pressure in the main diaphragm chamber, and controlling the opening
of the main valve to deliver an appropriate amount of steam. Adjusting
the spring on the pilot valve diaphragm can change the downstream
pressure.
